DDB Worldwide 恒美廣告1949年成立于美國紐約，是一家具有近七十年歷史的世界頂級4A廣告公司。DDB這三個字母分別為三位創始人Doyle Dane Bernbach的英文名首字母。是傳播公司Omnicom集團的子公司。在96個國家里，設有206 個分公司/辦事處。

1949年，三位胸懷抱負的有識人士比爾·伯恩巴克（Bill Bernbach）與道爾（N.Doyle）及戴恩（M.Dane）共同創辦DDB廣告公司（Doyle Dane Bernbach，即恒美廣告公司）。他們開創了一種全新市場營銷方式，這一方式仰賴的是對人性的洞察、對消費者的尊重和創造的力量。用他們的話說就是：讓我們停止對人們單向的灌輸，讓我們開啟能付諸行動的對話。
